The purpose of the ODM online training course is to provide step-by-step instructions for using the ODM tool to submit online billing disputes via Remote Control. The online billing dispute form eliminates the need to submit an electronic form to wholesale.billing@qwest.com.

- Access ODM via the Remote Control Web Portal
- Proper browser configuration
- Log in to Remote Control and access ODM
- Create a new billing dispute
- Input customer information
- Add comments
- Add attachments
- Filter and search for existing billing disputes
- Add comments
- Add attachments
- Print billing dispute lists
- Cancel a billing dispute
- View billing dispute history
- View billing dispute details
