ISDN-PRS

Course Description

This self-directed, web-based course provides you with knowledge of the Qwest Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Service (PRS) product. You will learn how ISDN PRS, also referred to as ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI), works and about all the options available.

Primary Rate Service is a digital service offering which provides a four-wire, full duplex transmission path (DS1) between ISDN compatible Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and an ISDN-equipped Qwest central office (CO). It provides a T-1 service that is multiplexed in the central office down to 24 channels.

For information about creating and submitting a service request, please review the Wholesale ASR Private Line training.
