Subject: Training Notification: New Class Wait List Process
Qwest is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation
of a new process to wait list students for a class that
is full and registration is closed.
On November 12, 2001, a customer may request to be
added to a wait list after a class has been filled and
registration is closed. The Wholesale Training Schedule
and Registration web page at the URL below will be enhanced
to allow customers to submit class wait list requests
on-line.

When a wait list request is received, the Registration
Coordinator will contact the customer to confirm the
receipt and processing of the request. After a current
enrolled student cancellation request has been processed
for a class with a wait list, the Registration Coordinator
will contact the first customer on the wait list, and
will work down through the list until finding a replacement
for the cancellation or until the wait list is exhausted.
A class confirmation will be sent to the newly enrolled
student
Customers unable to attend a wait-listed class will
remain on the wait list for future class scheduling.
If a future class is scheduled, the Registration Coordinator
will contact these customers on the class wait list
and inform them of the new class offering.
