Course Description
This multimedia self-directed process and systems training course is designed to provide you with information to identify the required Access Service Request (ASR) and Local Service Request (LSR) forms, and how to complete the forms to request various services from Qwest. The training is based upon case study scenarios and provides three modes of learning:
- Tutorial
- Practice
- On Line Support
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you should be able to:
- Identify the forms required to complete service requests
- Identify the fields that must be completed
- Identify where to find more information on service requests
- Interpret information contained on Customer Service Records (CSRs)
- Interpret information contained on bills
Prerequisites
- Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"
- Understanding of Wholesale Markets' products and services
- Basic understanding of ASRs, LSRs, CSRs, bills, and processes
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
Course Length
This course takes approximately 10 hours to complete.
