Course Description

This instructor-led course, designed for CLECs, introduces the Unbundled Loop (UBL) products and explains how to request service for Unbundled Loops. The course also addresses the PreOrder, Order, Post-Order, Provisioning, Billing and CEMR Maintenance and Repair processes.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:

• Describe UBL products and services
• Identify the unique IMA processes
• Identify the unique CEMR processes
• Identify the forms required to submit your request
• Identify the required fields on each form
• Describe the LSR System Notices
• Define the interval guidelines for DSL Resale

Prerequisites

• Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
• Working knowledge of Qwest IMA ordering system
• IMA GUI
• Local Qwest 101 "Doing Business with Qwest"

Audience

The target audience for the training is primarily CLECs and External Customers, but the training is available to anyone who would like an overview of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service Team.
