| IMA Hands On Resale and UNE-P POTS
Course Description
This introductory, instructor-led course explains how to use
Qwest's IMA Graphical User Interface (GUI) for ordering Qwest
Wholesale products. You will experience interactive software
demonstrations and participate in hands-on practice sessions
to familiarize yourself with the IMA GUI system.
NOTE: This course is specifically designed for Resellers,
and those CLECs that specifically order UNE-P POTS.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

Prerequisites
Audience
The target audience for the training is:
- Resellers that submit Local Service Requests (LSRs) via
the IMA GUI
- CLECs ordering UNE-P POTS, that submit Local Service requests
(LSRs) via the IMA GUI
We believe this training will assist you in gaining a better
understanding of the product and processes, and will allow you
to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales and Service
Team.
