ASR Wireless Training
Course Description
This instructor-led course is provides Wireless Service Providers
with an overview of the process for requesting Wireless Type
2 and Private Line services from Qwest. Ordering requirements
and ASR form submission are also explained in detail.
The course is divided into two days. Day 1 reviews the ordering
process for the Private Line product. Day 2 reviews the process
for the Wireless Type 2 product.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of this training course, you will be able to:
- Describe Wireless Type 2 and Private Line product, features
and benefits
- Define different Wireless Type 2 and Private Line network
configurations
- Describe the process of ordering Wireless Type 2 and Private
Line services from Qwest
- Determine the required forms to submit a request
- Identify the required fields on each form
- Define the interval guidelines for Wireless Type 2 and Private
Line services
- Recognize and describe the components of Wireless Type 2
and Private Line services
Prerequisites
- Basic Telephony course and/or equivalent industry experience
Audience
The target audience for the training is primarily Wireless Service Providers (WSPs),
but the training is available to anyone that would like an overview
of the subject. We believe this training will assist you in gaining
a better understanding of the product and processes, and will
allow you to be more effective in working with the Qwest Sales
and Service Team.
