Below is the current schedule for Qwest Wholesale Customers course offerings:

• Web-Based Training

Instructor-led courses typically begin registration three to four weeks prior to the beginning of each class. Qwest, at its discretion, may cancel a course based on the number of attendees and the needs of the business.

A customer may request on-line to be placed on a wait list for a filled class. After a class has been filled and registration is closed, the "Registration Status/Location" field for this class will contain a link "Click here to submit a Wait List Request". The customer may complete this form and submit it to Qwest. Qwest will contact the customer to confirm the receipt and processing of the request. After a current enrolled student cancellation request has been processed for a class with a wait list, the Registration Coordinator will contact the first customer on the wait list, and will work down through the list until finding a replacement for the cancellation or until the wait list is exhausted. A class confirmation will be sent to the newly enrolled student. Customers unable to attend a wait-listed class will remain on the wait list for future class scheduling. If a future class is scheduled, the Registration Coordinator will contact these customers on the class wait list and inform them of the new class offering.
