David
Whitefoot, Europe Wholesale Sales Director, London
David Whitefoot is the Europe wholesale sales director for Qwest
Communications, Inc. He is responsible for all sales and service
delivery to wholesale customers in western and eastern Europe.
Before managing his own communications business, Whitefoot established
the European wholesale sales channel for Qwest in 1999.
In his career, Whitefoot has worked for Worldport, Inc.,
as a senior director, carrier services for Europe; Spacetel
UK as a senior director, global carrier services for Africa;
Blue Pacific AG as a sales director, carrier services; and
Saudi Telecom as a sales manager, mobile services for the
Middle East. He also served as a non-executive director and
consultant with European Internet and content service providers.
Whitefoot, who is based in England, is a graduate of Cranford
School in Middlesex and has taken additional study in financial
management and management accounting for financial managers.

Kevin
Chan, Asia Wholesale Sales Director, Hong Kong
Kevin Chan is the Hong Kong-based Asia wholesale sales director
for Qwest Communications, Inc. Before joining Qwest, Chan was
a senior manager of voice service for Asia Netcom Hong Kong
Limited (formerly Asia Global Crossing Ltd.), responsible for
the greater China and Asia south region. He has also served
as a manager of carrier business with New Global Telecom (H.K.)
Limited and held a marketing position with Pacific Century Cyber
Works Hong Kong Telecom (formerly Cable and Wireless Hong Kong
Telecom). Chan earned an advanced diploma in electronic
commerce engineering from the Hong Kong Productivity Council
and a BA from the University of Sydney, Australia. Contact

Gregg
Rowe, Regional Vice President, Wholesale Sales
Gregg Rowe is the regional vice president of wholesale sales
for Qwest Communications, Inc., responsible for developing relationships
with Asian and European carriers. He previously served as director
of service management and senior sales manager at Qwest.
Before joining the company in 1999, Rowe was with Compaq
Computer Corp. in St. Louis, where he was a global account
manager and a territory account manager. His background also
includes sales, product management, and engineering positions
with Emerson Electric Corp., Parker Hannifin and National
Semiconductor.
Rowe earned an MBA in strategy/finance from Washington University’s
Olin School of Management in 1998 and a BS in electrical engineering
from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990.
Joe
Dalton, Qwest Sales Vice President, Wholesale Markets
Joe Dalton is the vice president of wholesale sales for Qwest
Communications. Mr. Dalton was the leading sales director at
Qwest before he became the regional vice president in 1997.
In his current role, Mr. Dalton and his team are responsible
for the sale of Qwest Wholesale voice and data services to more
than 1,500 customers worldwide. In US regions and internationally,
his team helps position ILECs, CLECs, IXCs, ISPs and to better
compete in the marketplace. Prior to his position at Qwest,
Mr. Dalton had worked at LCI International as a sales director
from 1992-1995 when Qwest acquired LCI. Mr. Dalton holds a BS
in marketing from Marquette University.
Roland
Thornton, Executive Vice President, Wholesale Markets
Roland Thornton, executive vice president of wholesale markets
for Qwest Communications since 2004, is responsible for all
sales, service, carrier relations and operations for Qwest’s
wholesale business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Thornton
held the position of senior vice president of customer service
operations for Qwest’s wholesale markets. He has over
30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and
has held several other senior management positions for SBC,
Ameritech and co-founded the consulting firm Acquired Knowledge,
Ltd. Mr. Thornton holds a BS in business administration from
Indiana University and a master’s degree in information
systems from the University of Illinois. |
