Qwest International Private Line Service (Wholesale) provides trans-Atlantic and trans-Pacific connectivity between the US, Asia, South America and Europe.

The Qwest International Network utilizes current, redundant undersea cable systems to connect between Qwest-operated points of presence (PoPs). PC-1, EAC, Japan-US, Southern Cross and Tyco trans-Atlantic cable systems currently support the Qwest International Network.

Qwest has expanded its global reach through relationships with best-in-breed international network providers for customers who need their IPL circuits to reach beyond the Qwest International Network.

E-3 termination is not available in the US. Speed availability varies by service location.
