The Qwest Wholesale Information Tool (QWIT) is a quick means to identify your Account team within Qwest. The QWIT (also known as the Customer Contact Database or CCDB) provides Qwest's wholesale customers with information specific to their account team, contact data, contract data and support needs.

When you use the tool, you will quickly be able to determine your account sales and service team and your provisioning and billing teams via the "General Account Team Data" button below. In addition, by using the "Detailed QWIT" button you enter your customer name and specific codes (ACNA, RMC, OCN or RSID) and you will have the opportunity to access either your company's specific contact data, housed in our notification database, and contract data or Qwest's National PCATs.
