How do I install my Qwest High-Speed Internet™ modem
Step-by-step instructions are on the CD included in your high-speed Internet installation kit. User Guides are also available online under high-speed Internet Modem Support. If you select Qwest to perform your installation, one of our technicians will schedule a convenient installation time with you.
New Subscriber Modem Kits
New Qwest High-Speed Internet customers will receive modem kits. These kits include all necessary cables and phone filters for connecting phones, answering machines, caller ID boxes and fax machines currently on the designated line. Your kit also includes and installation CD containing step-by-step instructions as well as a full user guide.
Qwest High-Speed Internet service may not work with certain modems. Qwest does not support modems obtained through any source other than Qwest.
