• The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics for Directors sets forth ethical standards adopted by and applicable to our directors.
• Our Code of Conduct for Employees is also applicable to our executive officers and provides for extensive and detailed guidelines and ethical standards.
• The Audit Committee Charter outlines the responsibilities and authorities of our audit committee, which oversees the auditing and reporting of our financial performance.
• The Nominating and Governance Committee Charter outlines the responsibilities and authorities of our nominating and governance committee, which reviews and nominates board candidates and reviews other Qwest governance issues.
